An Agent in the metro-Richmond area since 1993, Gerald specializes in personal and small to medium size commercial insurance risks. He also handles the life and health products. He was an agent for a large domestic carrier for five years and has been principal of his own agency ever since. In 1996, he earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation, and in 2002, completed his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. He is a graduate of Campbell University and Fork Union Military Academy. In addition to his other designations, he also holds a property and casualty license. He and his wife have two daughters, Ashley and Taylor.

Gerald was named PIA (Professional Insurance Agents Association of Virginia/DC) young professional of the year in 2005.

Elected 2006 to PIA’s Board of Directors.

Served as PIA’s President 2010-2011.

Working with Gerald, her husband, since GFH Insurance Agency moved to the West End in October 2001, Lori brings over fifteen years of administrative and mortgage experience. She served as a paralegal for ten years and acted as a licensed title insurance underwriter. She is a graduate of Campbell University and has her property and casualty license.

With GFH Insurance Agency since 2008, Janice brings over 20 years of experience in customer service.  Janice has her Virginia Property and Casualty license. Previous experience includes retail customer service.  She is married and has two children.
